How delivery works

Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the merchant of record and handle all applicable sales tax and VAT. Immediately after payment you receive a download link for the installer. Your licence key is issued by hand and sent by email within 12 hours.

You do not have to wait for the key to start working. The 14-day trial is the complete plugin, so you can install and use it the moment the download finishes and enter the key whenever it arrives.

These terms apply to the purchase and use of AIsolate (“the Software”). By installing the Software you accept them.

Licence granted

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to install and use the Software on computers you own or control, for personal and commercial audio and video production, including work you are paid for. Audio you process remains entirely yours; no rights in your work are claimed.

Trial

The Software runs in full for 14 days from first launch without a licence key. After that period audio passes through unprocessed until a valid key is entered. No audio is degraded and no project is damaged.

Licence keys

Your key is issued to you personally. You may use it on any computer you own. You may not share, resell, sublicense or publish it.

Restrictions

  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Software, except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
  • Do not redistribute the Software, in whole or in part, as or within another product.
  • Do not remove or alter any copyright or attribution notice.

Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Third-party components

AIsolate includes DeepFilterNet by Hendrik Schröter and colleagues (MIT and Apache 2.0), the JUCE framework by Raw Material Software Limited, and tract by Sonos, Inc. (MIT and Apache 2.0). Full licence texts are installed alongside the plugin. VST is a trademark of Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH. All other trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for loss or damage arising from its use, including lost work or lost revenue. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Keep backups of your projects and source audio.

Termination and governing law

This licence ends if you breach these terms. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the Software. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Nothing here affects statutory consumer rights you have where you live.

Refund Policy

If AIsolate is not right for you, email within 14 days of purchase and you will be refunded in full. You do not have to give a reason, and you do not have to prove anything is wrong with the plugin.

Try it before you pay

The free 14-day trial is the complete plugin, not a limited version. Running it on your own footage, in your own editing software, before buying is strongly encouraged — it is the best way to know whether it works for the recordings you actually make.

How to request a refund

Email the address below from the address you used to buy, or reply to your receipt. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Your licence key is deactivated on refund.

Statutory rights

If consumer law where you live gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply and this policy does not reduce them.

The plugin collects nothing

AIsolate performs all processing locally on your computer. It does not transmit audio, licence information, usage data, analytics, crash reports or any other information over a network. It makes no network connections at all and works offline. Your recordings never leave your machine.

This website

This site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and no advertising or tracking scripts, and collects nothing about visitors.

When you buy

Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the merchant of record. They collect the information needed to process payment and comply with tax law, under their own privacy policy. Card numbers are never seen or stored here.

What is received and kept is your email address, your name, and your order number. These are used for three things only: generating and sending your licence key, answering support requests, and notifying you about updates to the plugin. They are never sold, rented or shared for marketing.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as needed to support the licence and meet accounting obligations. Support email is kept while it is useful to resolving your issue.

Your rights

Email to ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Deletion of your order record means a lost key cannot be reissued.
